Congratulations to the University of Massachusetts Amherst on the completion of their Fine Arts Center Bridge Renovation. City Point Partners served as the Owner’s Project Manager for this transformative project which was a gut renovation of the entire structure. We oversaw the upgrading of MEP building systems, improvements to classroom and studio spaces as well as increased daylighting throughout the 646-foot-long structure.

Colleen Moore, President and Founder of City Point Partners and Jay Moskowitz, Marketing Manager, City Point Partners have been named to the ACEC/MA and the Massachusetts Building Congress boards of directors, respectively.
As President of City Point Partners, Colleen oversees technical staff who provide program management, resident engineering, construction inspection and project controls to transportation and transit clients and to towns and municipalities through a growing Owner’s Project Management practice.  Under her leadership, the firm has grown to employ 30 professional staff and has been recognized as one of the Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for two consecutive years. Jay has more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience. As Marketing Manager, he supervises the firm’s marketing and business development activities and manages its strategic marketing initiatives. An MBA in Marketing from Boston University, Jay has overseen an array of multi-million-dollar pursuits for transportation infrastructure projects with public clients, as well as pursuits with municipal and private clients. ACEC/MA is a business association dedicated to assisting engineering firms in Massachusetts with achieving higher professional, ethical, business and economic standards to provide quality consulting engineering services for their clients. The Massachusetts Building Congress brings together decision makers from the design and construction industry in Massachusetts to provide a forum for business and networking. Matthew Bessette Promoted to Project Manager and Geoffrey Wong Promoted to Project Controls Specialist
BOSTON – November 29, 2017
City Point Partners is pleased to announce that Matt Bessette, On-Site Project Manager and Geoff Wong, Document Control Manager, have been promoted to Project Manager and Project Controls Specialist, respectively.
Matt, a 25-year veteran of the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry, has worked for City Point Partners for over 5 years. A valuable on-site presence, Matt has served such clients as MassDOT helping them to recently complete their $29.1M Central Research and Materials Laboratory in Hopkinton as well as the Rising Tide Charter Public School and their 98,000 sf renovation project in Plymouth, MA. Geoff started out as a member of the firm’s document control team serving our clients on the MBTA’s Fitchburg Commuter Rail Improvement project and the Knowledge Corridor Upgrade project, and he has since broadened his skills to include multiple supporting roles within the project controls group. Both Matt and Geoff serve some of our most valuable clients in both vertical as well as horizontal construction. Congratulations to both!
