City Point Partners Selected by MassDevelopment as OPM for the new Devens Public Safety Building

City Point Partners is pleased to announce that we have been selected by MassDevelopment as the Owner’s Project Manager for the new Public Safety Building in Devens, Massachusetts.

A renovation and expansion of the existing 22,000 sf public safety building, the new building will consist of a new fire equipment apparatus bay as well as new spaces for administrative offices and living quarters. The building will also house a new Police Station, including the addition of new holding cells and a sally port. City Point Partners will work with MassDevelopment to oversee design and construction. The completed facility is scheduled to be opened in early 2023.

City Point Partners is proud to be based in the City of Boston and for the first time in our history, we have become certified by the City as a Woman Business Enterprise in the areas of cost estimating, scheduling, public outreach and inspection services. We are delighted to have this opportunity to partner with the City on many future construction projects.

City Point Partners has been based in South Boston since our firm’s founding in 2009. We have supported a number of different construction projects for the City including streetscape and sidewalk improvements as well as the City Hall Renovation project. We look forward to serving the City in many more impactful ways in the months and years to come.

Colleen Moore, President and Founder of City Point Partners and Jay Moskowitz, Marketing Manager, City Point Partners have been named to the ACEC/MA and the Massachusetts Building Congress boards of directors, respectively.
As President of City Point Partners, Colleen oversees technical staff who provide program management, resident engineering, construction inspection and project controls to transportation and transit clients and to towns and municipalities through a growing Owner’s Project Management practice.  Under her leadership, the firm has grown to employ 30 professional staff and has been recognized as one of the Boston Business Journal’s Best Places to Work for two consecutive years. Jay has more than 20 years of marketing leadership experience. As Marketing Manager, he supervises the firm’s marketing and business development activities and manages its strategic marketing initiatives. An MBA in Marketing from Boston University, Jay has overseen an array of multi-million-dollar pursuits for transportation infrastructure projects with public clients, as well as pursuits with municipal and private clients. ACEC/MA is a business association dedicated to assisting engineering firms in Massachusetts with achieving higher professional, ethical, business and economic standards to provide quality consulting engineering services for their clients. The Massachusetts Building Congress brings together decision makers from the design and construction industry in Massachusetts to provide a forum for business and networking. Both Colleen and Jay are excited to serve their respective organizations and to join multi-disciplinary leadership teams. Congratulations to both!
