Jay Moskowitz named Director of Marketing at City Point Partners

BOSTON – February 2021

Jay Moskowitz has been named Director of Marketing for City Point Partners, a leading program management and construction services firm based in Boston. He served as Marketing Manager for the firm since 2015.

In his new leadership role, Moskowitz will be responsible for overseeing the pursuit of new work as well as business development activities. As City Point Partners grows and expands into new markets, he will also lead the firm’s strategic planning and continue to oversee the marketing communications services in support of the branding of the firm.

“I have a deep appreciation for Jay’s skills and leadership in our business development, strategic planning, and marketing efforts,” said Colleen Moore the Owner and President of City Point Partners, “in particular, over the last year while we were all working remotely, he proved himself to be a respected leader within our firm in the service of both internal and external clients.”

Moskowitz has more than 15 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. Throughout his career he has served in marketing roles for firms who practice architecture, MEP engineering as well as for firms providing both engineering and architecture.

Jay is President of the Massachusetts Building Congress and an active member of the Society for the Marketing of Professional Services, Boston. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Boston University.

David Shrestinian new Director of Program Management at City Point Partners

BOSTON – NovemBER 2020

David Shrestinian has been named Director of Program Management for City Point Partners, a leading program management and construction services firm based in Boston.

In his new leadership role, Shrestinian will be responsible for business development and project delivery focusing on strategic planning, enhanced client relations and growth of program management services throughout the New England market.

Shrestinian has more than 30 years of experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President for two of the largest building contractors in New England where he spent more than a combined twenty years overseeing a variety of public sector and higher education construction projects.

As a supporter and advocate of the construction management profession, Shrestinian has extensive experience serving on boards in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, including as former Chairman, Designer Selection Committee, Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, a former member of the Chapter 149A Task Force of the Associated General Contractors, and former member of the Construction Management Professional Advisory Board of Roger Williams University.

Shrestinian earned a master’s degree in civil engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Tufts University. He is a member of the Construction Management Association of America, New England Chapter.

City Point Partners Wins 2020 CMAA New England Building Renovation Project of the Year Award for the MassArt Art Museum and South Hall Project

BOSTON – OcTOBER 2020

City Point Partners is pleased to announce that the MassArt Art Museum (MAAM) and South Hall building project was a recipient of the Construction Management Association of America, New England Chapter, Building Renovation Project of the Year award for projects greater than $20M.

The newly renovated building is a reconstruction of the 25,275 sf Bakalar and Paine Galleries within the South Building at MassArt, originally constructed in 1906.

City Point Partners provided owner’s project management, project controls, and construction services on this project.
