City Point Partners Wins 2020 CMAA New England Building Renovation Project of the Year Award for the MassArt Art Museum and South Hall Project

City Point Partners is pleased to announce that the MassArt Art Museum (MAAM) and South Hall building project was a recipient of the Construction Management Association of America, New England Chapter, Building Renovation Project of the Year award for projects greater than $20M.

Building a New Bus Facility with the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority

The PVTA’s new Cottage Street bus operations and maintenance facility is a 227,500 sf, $55M building. As the Owner’s Project Manager for this project, City Point Partners is excited to share this video which shows how we were able to help the PVTA build this new facility that stores and maintains their fleet of 135+ buses!

Members of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee in addition to senior members of our leadership visited Cristo Rey Boston High School in Dorchester to tour the school and meet some of their dynamic students, faculty and staff. The school prepares high school students to succeed in college and their career by aiming to close the opportunity gap for college-bound students from under-resourced families.
