Building a New Bus Facility with the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority

The PVTA’s new Cottage Street bus operations and maintenance facility is a 227,500 sf, $55M building. As the Owner’s Project Manager for this project, City Point Partners is excited to share this video which shows how we were able to help the PVTA build this new facility that stores and maintains their fleet of 135+ buses!

City Point Partners is pleased to announce that Adrian Charest, PE, Annalisa Motti, CCT, Josh Munoz, Meg Langley, and Joe Anderson have joined the firm. Adrian, Annalisa, and Josh join our Project Controls Group as Project Controls Engineer and Project Controls Specialists, respectively. Meg is the newest addition to our Public Outreach group, and Joe Anderson is a Resident Engineer.
