Resident Engineer
Joe has over 35 years of construction experience, 28 with the Boston Water and Sewer Commission and 11 with Keolis providing construction oversight and on-site construction management. In his role as Resident Engineer, Joe will verify that contract specifications are being met and consistent with transportation and safety needs. He is experienced with the MBTA’s safety protocols and has supervised their implementation on numerous rail construction sites including overseeing the activities of multiple contractors and MBTA/Keolis personnel.
