Deirdre has over ten years of experience on major public transit infrastructure projects. She has expertise in training personnel on using complex program management software such as eBuilder, ProjectSight and Deltek. With a focus on client service, Deirdre works closely with clients to deliver project management solutions that leverage her extensive experience with project management information systems. She provides timely responses to various requests making her a valuable contributor to multiple project teams. Deirdre has been involved in several transit programs including the MBTA’s Green Line Extension, and the Automatic Train Control/Positive Train Control program.
