Building a New Bus Facility with the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority
The PVTA’s new Cottage Street bus operations and maintenance facility is a 227,500 sf, $55M building. As the Owner’s Project Manager for this project, City Point Partners is excited to share this video which shows how we were able to help the PVTA build this new facility that stores and maintains their fleet of 135+ buses!

In addition to being the President of City Point Partners, Colleen Moore is now President of the Massachusetts chapter of the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC)! During a transition ceremony at District Hall in Seaport, South Boston, on June 21st, Colleen assumed the presidency in front of over 100 ACEC Massachusetts members.
We are happy to announce the promotion of four individuals to senior positions to help lead the firm through our continued growth and expansion in the marketplace.
Members of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee in addition to senior members of our leadership visited Cristo Rey Boston High School in Dorchester to tour the school and meet some of their dynamic students, faculty and staff. The school prepares high school students to succeed in college and their career by aiming to close the opportunity gap for college-bound students from under-resourced families.
