Project Description

Grade crossings along the B, C and E Branches of the MBTA’s Green Line and the Mattapan High-Speed Line have been reconstructed to facilitate vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle crossings. Uneven pavement, track sections, and signal infrastructure have been replaced and new pedestrian ramps installed. City Point Partners provided scheduling and cost estimating services, as well as a risk analysis that identified threats and opportunities during the replacement of all track and road crossing infrastructure.
